Shipping Policy

All orders placed through this website will be shipped via USPS Media Mail. Orders will be shipped out two (2) to seven (7) business days after order receipt.

Return Policy

All books purchased through this website can be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the book(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received.

 

If you requested that your child(ren)'s first name(s) be included in the handwritten note by the author on the inside of the book, then your order is not eligible for return.

 

To initiate a return, please email connect@drreneaskelton.com with your Order Number (found in the confirmation email you received after purchasing) and the reason for the return.

Customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

 

 

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
